Workshop: Getting your next website right.

Get your next website right – without wasting time and money.

This is a one-on-one workshop. You will work with an instructor, analyzing your specific industry, competitors, customers, and website. The answers and training you learn will be exactly what you need to make the right decisions as you go forward.

You’ll learn:

  • How much your next website should cost
  • How long it should take to build
  • What rules should you follow
  • The tools that the pros use
  • Which technology should you use
  • What should you measure

Far too many websites fail to be finished on time and on budget, nor do they deliver the expected results.

Why does this happen? There are knowable factors, rules, and tools. When you don’t know the impact that these factors, rules, and tools will have on your website and revenue, it’s like throwing darts under water. You might hit the mark, but chances are against you.

Make it a level playing field. Build your next website with the same confidence your best competitors have.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to supply?

We will be analyzing your site and your competitors’ sites with you. In order to do that, we will need the following:

  • A list of your top 5 competitors, including their URLs.
  • The geographic areas you are targeting.
  • Access to your Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools (Console).
  • Login information to AdWords, if you have run ads.
  • Special concerns you might have or information that might help us help you – e.g., companies that might look like competitors but are really partners; companies you have been admiring; and other aspects of your company or industry that might be helpful.
Why do most website fail?

Because they fail to take the reality of the digital environment into account. Decisions are driven by opinion, previous experience, and one-size-doesn’t-really-fit-all advice. But things have changed radically in the last couple of years. We are now in the Mobile Era of the Digital Revolution. Technology, search, customer behavior, and competitive activities all play a part. Your site is only part of the picture, one element in a much larger and very vibrant universe.

What if I am not satisfied with the workshop?

If you don’t learn exactly what you need to learn to be able to manage your next site more effectively, we will give you a full refund. We guarantee all our courses 100%.

Who is my instructor?

Your instructors are company owners and managers who have been improving website results for companies for years.

Joe Mckenna did it as president of a national background check company where he learned and applied the tools, rules, and methods that made digital marketing work. He is “Joe the Web Guy” on his own radio show, “The Digital Revolution Radio Show.”

Kristin Zhivago did it as a revenue coach to CEOs and entrepreneurs and the author of one of the foremost books on buyer behavior – Roadmap to Revenue: How to Sell the Way Your Customers Want to Buy, selected by Forbes as the #4 book for sales and marketing.

Both instructors speak frequently on the subject of website optimization and buyer behavior, and run a company that specializes in optimizing sites for search and conversion.

Is this a classroom setting or virtual?

Virtual. Highly immersive. Screen sharing. All data is about and for YOU: your company, your site, your industry, your customers, and your competitors. It is designed for the busy manager or entrepreneur to get maximum benefit out of the minimum of time. Four hours, spread out over four days.
